Introduction
We’ve all been through some trauma or the other. Maybe in childhood, in the teens, or adulthood. Abuse, deaths of loved ones, financial struggles, stress, health issues, loneliness, depression, and issues related to children… you know the list — the list that binds all of humanity much closer than we might choose to admit.
Universally, we struggle with some form of these issues. How we deal with them determines how we live. Failure to address them properly can affect not just some isolated area of the mind but maybe even daily functioning. From basic mood swings to more serious stress or emotional and physical illnesses — the effects of not handling traumatic or tragic life events can have a wide range.
Professional help in such matters might help individuals who struggle and are willing to take the time and spend resources on therapy.
