1. Acceptance Is The First Step

I’ve been stuck for many days now. I cannot seem to pinpoint one single reason why I have not been able to write anything for so many days. I did happen to write some stuff here and there, but the heart and soul were not there in that—I could feel it.

I did not care to admit to myself that I was stuck and was, in fact, facing writer’s block. I thought in my mind that I had so much to write; it is just that I am a little too busy with my life, and hence, I am not able to find the time to write. But that was a clear dissuasion from my problem of the creative block, or let’s call it writing block, till we derive the root cause.

I have 129 stories in my drafts — honest to God, I’m telling the truth. Ok, here’s the proof —

And I was not able to commit to even a single one of those — to take them to completion. I just did not feel it for so long. And even when I am writing…
