A Poem
Mar 13, 2024
Wrap you in a blanket’s fold
warm solace from the cold
or the worry that arrives untold
Offering you to leave behind
your then and your now, and
escaping your own reprimand
Renew minds, making richer
reflecting souls like a mirror
heal, cleanse, render purer
Digging up treasures unfound
widening horizons unbound
with visions precise and profound
Sustaining and satisfying
salvaging a hope that’s dying,
re-igniting the fire, and sanctifying
Thank you for reading my poem. I hope you enjoyed it.
